Outside Alcohol
In accordance with the NJ Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, NO alcohol, other than the wine served and sold at Alba Vineyard, may be consumed on-site. Please do not bring outside alcoholic beverages to our winery - it will be confiscated.
It is against the law to serve anyone who appears to be visibly intoxicated. We will refuse service to anyone that appears intoxicated regardless of their transportation method.
Smoking
We are a smoke-free venue, this includes e-cigarettes, vape pens, cigars, and pipes.
Rock Sculptures
Respect the outdoor art and trees by not climbing on them. Refrain from touching rock sculptures
Walking in the Vineyard - The Vineyard has uneven walking surfaces, please be mindful of where you walk. Do not walk in between the vineyard rows. Keep the vineyard clean. No smoking, drinking, or littering.
Garden - Explore the garden when in season. Do not pick flowers or vegetable plants.
General Photos - Take personal photos. No drones allowed
